About Aunaisin Vacational Rentals

Dear guest, thank you for considering us to spend your vacation in Ushuaia. Aunaisin vacational rentals is a company dedicated to the management of private apartments in the city of Ushuaia. It is important that you keep in mind that the Vacational Rental modality is different from the traditional types of hospitality, so we ask you to review our terms and conditions.

Please note that there is no physical reception at the location of your apartment.


Services

At Aunaisin all apartments have:

- Towels and sheets (no daily replacement)

- Complimentary toilet and kitchen paper for entry (no replenishment)

- Virtual reception via WhatsApp

- Smart TV without cable


Reserves

To validate a reservation, our customers must send proof of payment and the following information:

Full name

Anniversary Date

Identity number or passport number

CPF (Individual Taxpayer)

Address/ Neighborhood/ City/ Zip Code

Telephone

Email

Check-in time / flight number (if in the air)

Departure time from property

Name of other guests (if any);

Methods of payment, reservations, rent and deposit

To book one of our properties, we require a one-night booking confirmation deposit of the total rental amount. The rest of the rent will be charged at check-in prior to entry to the property.

The payment, referring to one night of the reservation, can be made by bank transfer/deposit, bank voucher, PayPal, credit card (please check for the methods available in your apartment specifically).

In case of payment in pesos, the exchange rate used will be the official selling rate of the Argentine national bank, which you can verify here.

Payment of the rest of the rent + cleaning costs + deposit must be made at the time of signing the contract and handing over the keys.

The security deposit will be required in cash at check-in with a predetermined amount per property at the time of booking.

In order to assign your payment, we always require a confirmation of the transfer by email.

Your booking will be validated from the moment AUNAISIN's reservations department sends you a confirmation email.

If, for any reason beyond our control, the rented property is no longer available, we offer our clients the possibility to choose between a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

If you booked through Booking.com, payment is made at the establishment upon arrival. Booking.com does not charge in Argentina.



Check-in

Check-in time: 3pm to 8pm

The customer is obliged to inform us of the time of their arrival and to provide us with their contact number. Without this information, check-in will not be possible. During the check-in process at AUNAISIN, the client must previously call our check-in department (available 24/7), +54 9 2901 41-9374, up to 24 hours before arrival at the property. After receiving the call, one of our employees will wait for the guest at the entrance of the booked property.

If the client arrives before our established time for check-in, he/she must wait until the stipulated time without exception. If the apartment is available and the client wants to be guaranteed the possibility of an early check-in, a change can be arranged between 10 am and 3 pm for a fee of 50% of the daily rent. This is subject to availability and can be requested 48 hours before your check in. This amount must be paid in advance.




Check Out

Check-out time: 8:00 a.m. to 10 a.m.

An AUNAISIN employee will meet you at your apartment (the time will be scheduled in advance in the rental agreement) to examine the property, receive the keys and return the security deposit.

Cancellation and changes to the booking

In case of cancellation or no-show, the amount of the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of the rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline. Changes to booking dates will only be allowed upon written confirmation from AUNAISIN.

AUNAISIN is entitled to immediately terminate the rental contract, without any refund of the amounts paid by the client, if any of the following occur:

The total number of occupants exceeds the maximum set on our website

disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and/or violation of the rules of the condominium

Party organization

illicit drug use

pets without our permission

Failure to pay full rent or security deposit.

In the event that the booked property has an Internet or cable TV connection, AUNAISIN does not assume any responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences that may arise from it.

Responsibilities and obligations of our guests

The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they have rented, as well as any items belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The client and all apartment occupants and visitors must comply with the condominium's regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be paid immediately by the client. They can also result in a premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund.



Visitors

There are condominiums that do not allow visitors to enter. Please contact us before making any booking where visitors are expected so that we can offer you a more suitable property.

Forum

The Contracting Parties shall elect the District Court of USHUAIA, TIERRA DEL FUEGO.
